How to buy safely

Your safety is our priority on Luulwa. Follow these tips and guidelines to buy safely and protect yourself:

Verifying the seller:

• Check for the blue verified badge ✅ on the seller's profile — it means their identity has been verified.

• Read seller ratings from previous buyers — high ratings and positive comments indicate reliability.

• Check the seller's join date — older accounts are generally more trustworthy.

• Pay attention to the number of listings and responses — an active seller is usually more serious.

During communication:

• Use the secure in-app chat — don't send personal information through external channels.

• Ask about product details, condition, reason for selling — an honest seller won't hesitate to answer.

• Beware of deals that seem too good to be true — if the price is much below market value, exercise caution.

At pickup:

• Meet the seller in a public, busy location (mall, café, gas station).

• Pay on delivery only — inspect the product thoroughly before paying.

• Never send money upfront to any seller under any pretext.

• Bring someone with you if the item is high-value.

If you encounter a problem:

• Report immediately from the listing page via the "Report" button and we'll take action within 24 hours.

• Contact our support team via live chat or support@luulwa.com.
