1. Acceptance & Agreement

By accessing or using Luulwa (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform," "Website," or "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, sellers, buyers, and store owners.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use and register on the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

By registering on the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Accounts

When creating a Luulwa account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password.

• All activities that occur under your account.

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Not sharing your account with any other person.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or that remain inactive for more than 12 months.

4. Listing Rules

When posting a listing on Luulwa, you agree to:

• Ensure the listing is truthful, accurate, and does not contain misleading information.

• Only list products or services that are legal and not prohibited.

• Use real photographs of the actual product.

• Not post offensive, racist, discriminatory, or adult content.

• Not post duplicate listings for the same product.

• Not use irrelevant keywords to drive traffic.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms without prior notice and may suspend the violating account.

5. Prohibited Products & Services

The following products and services are strictly prohibited:

• Weapons, ammunition, and explosives.

• Narcotics and illegal substances.

• Counterfeit or stolen products.

• Products infringing intellectual property rights.

• Pornographic content or materials contrary to public morals.

• Illegal services.

• Endangered species and their products.

• Medications and medical products without proper licensing.

Any violation will result in immediate removal of the listing and may lead to permanent account ban.

6. Transactions Between Users

Luulwa is an intermediary platform connecting sellers with buyers. You must understand that:

• Luulwa is not a party to any transaction between users.

• We do not guarantee the quality, condition, safety, or legality of listed products.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings posted by users.

• We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from transactions between users.

• The buyer and seller bear full responsibility for completing the transaction.

We always recommend inspecting products in person before payment and never sending money upfront.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, databases, and software on the Luulwa platform are exclusively owned by or licensed to us and are protected by local and international intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Platform without written permission.

• Use our trademarks or logos in any form.

• Scrape or automatically extract data from the Platform.

• Reproduce or sell any part of our services.

8. Fees & Payments

Posting basic listings on Luulwa is free. We offer optional paid services including:

• Featured Listings: Boost your listing in search results.

• Subscription Plans: Additional features for store owners.

• Promotion Services: Increase the visibility of your listings.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted service.

• The accuracy or completeness of user-posted content.

• The safety of transactions between users.

• That the Platform will not be subject to cyber attacks or breaches.

Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us during the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms or any of our policies.

• Posting prohibited or illegal content.

• Fraud or attempted fraud against other users.

• Misuse or sabotage of the Platform.

• Upon request from a judicial or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account, we may delete all your listings and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute between you and Luulwa, we encourage you to first contact us at support@luulwa.com to attempt an amicable resolution. If the dispute is not resolved amicably:

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.

• Kuwaiti courts have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

• You agree to attempt mediation before resorting to courts.
