Care for the Years Ahead
Natural leather changes through use. With proper care, your LUULWA piece can remain functional and beautiful for many years.
Daily Use
Avoid overfilling your wallet or forcing more cards into a compartment than it was designed to hold. Keep the product away from sharp objects, excessive moisture, oils, perfumes, and cleaning chemicals.
If the Leather Becomes Wet
Gently remove excess moisture using a clean, soft cloth. Do not use direct heat, a hair dryer, or strong sunlight. Allow the leather to dry slowly and naturally at room temperature.
When Not in Use
Store the piece in its LUULWA fabric pouch in a dry and ventilated place. Avoid plastic bags and damp storage areas.
Repair Before Replacement
We believe well-made products should be repaired whenever reasonably possible. Depending on the condition of the piece, we may be able to offer:
- Stitch repair
- Edge refinishing
- Hardware replacement
- Cleaning and conditioning
- Structural assessment
- Paid restoration
