A leather crossbody with a hand-woven Sadu panel — heritage geometry framed in full-grain leather.
The Sadu Crossbody brings two crafts together in a single piece: full-grain leather, cut and stitched by hand, and a hand-woven panel drawn from the geometric language of Sadu weaving.
The woven front is worked in wool on a traditional loom — deep reds, indigo, and cream arranged into the diamond motifs that have marked Bedouin textiles for generations. No two panels are ever identical.
Framed in warm leather with antique-brass hardware and an adjustable strap, it is made to be carried every day and to grow more beautiful with each year of use.
The Sadu weave
Woven by Hand, Diamond by Diamond
Sadu is the geometric weaving of the desert — worked in wool on a ground loom, its diamonds and triangles carrying patterns passed down through generations of weavers.
Each panel is woven separately, then framed in leather by hand. Because every weaver’s tension and rhythm differ, no two bags carry exactly the same pattern.
