LUULWA ships to selected destinations worldwide. Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout.
Shipping
Production time and shipping time are separate. A handcrafted or personalized product may require additional time before dispatch.
Customs and Taxes
International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are generally the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
Unused and non-personalized products may be eligible for return within the return period stated at the time of purchase. Returned products must be:
- Unused
- Unmarked
- In their original condition
- Returned with original packaging and documentation
Personalized Products
Personalized products are made specifically for the customer and cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can assess the issue.
