We stand behind the construction of every LUULWA piece.
What It Covers
The LUULWA Craftsmanship Guarantee covers confirmed manufacturing defects relating to:
- Stitching
- Product assembly
- Hardware installation
- Construction failure
- Material defects present at the time of delivery
What It Does Not Cover
The guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear
- Natural patina
- Surface scratches caused by use
- Accidental damage
- Water damage
- Chemical exposure
- Burns or cuts
- Overfilling
- Incorrect storage
- Unauthorized repair or alteration
Assessment Process
Natural changes in leather are part of the material and are not considered manufacturing defects. Each request is reviewed individually. We may ask for photographs, order information, and details of how the product has been used. Where appropriate, we will repair or replace the affected product.
