Because personalized products are made specifically for the customer, they are generally not eligible for standard returns unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing defect.

Yes. Depending on the condition of the product, we may offer stitching repair, edge refinishing, hardware replacement, cleaning, or restoration.

It covers confirmed manufacturing defects in construction, stitching, and hardware. It does not cover normal wear, natural patina, accidents, water damage, or misuse.

No. When a numbered edition sells out, the exact combination of its design, colour, and details will not be reproduced.
